We all have frustrating moments, situations, circumstances in our lives. Some are big life events and some are those annoying frustrations that we have to deal with on a day to day basis. I get that and have lived it in a big way. With two divorces under my belt, financial struggles, pressures at work and single motherhood there have been times when I wondered what the heck had happened to my life.
This struggling stressed out person was NOT me. I didn’t like who I was or how I was acting most of the time. I beat myself up for handling pretty much every conflict the wrong way. Allowing myself to be the victim in my life, not the driver. Ick, I hate to even type that word “victim” now. I’m not even sure it’s the right word to use. But the truth was – I allowed the wrongs that were done to me. I opened the door for them and then complained when they came in. I can see that now and am living a much different life these days.
Oh, There You Are!
Battling back to a life that looks more like me has been a process. A process that I’m still in and learning from and growing from everyday. And really, I wouldn’t want it to be any other way. There has been so much beauty in the process. I’ve studied with and learned from some of the most amazing coaches, thought leaders and teachers in the personal development world. Some just by studying their work and some by making the decision to get coaching from them personally.
The very first coach I ever worked with back in 2005, Chere Bork out of Minneapolis, MN still sends me her e-newsletter every week. She taught me that I could accomplish things on my own that I never thought were possible. And today I work with an amazing coach by the name of Derek Rydall. So much learning and discovering is going on about taking my life to the next level, a life that is fully and authentically my highest self.
So now I invite you to join me in this journey to get your life back. In a few weeks I will be launching my newest program, “Embrace Your Big Ask”. It’s all about knowing what you want out of life and then having the courage to ask for it. So no matter where in your life you are feeling “lost”; at home, in your relationships, at work; this program will allow you to get clear about the authentic you and then teach you how to reveal to your world your BIG ASK!
In the mean time, please feel free to comment on this article, share it with your friends and like my facebook page. That way you’ll be sure to get all of the latest information about how to become a real ASK KICKER!
